Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Jacqui Zins, ND is passionate about helping people achieve their health goals at all ages and stages of life. Dr. Jacqui was drawn to Naturopathic Medicine because of its integrated and holistic model of care. She believes in addressing the root cause of illness and treating the whole person. Dr. Jacqui is committed to health education and advocacy, empowering her patients with the most current information on health topics with an evidence-based approach. Dr. Jacqui takes the time to understand each patient’s current and past medical history to create comprehensive treatment plans that are individualized for optimal outcomes. She is motivated to find long-term solutions that make healthy living sustainable and realistic.
Dr. Jacqui has a special interest in hormonal imbalances and women’s health, digestive concerns, pediatric and family care, as well as mental health. Dr. Jacqui values the mind-body connection and strongly believes that mental health plays an integral role in our overall well-being. Her kind and compassionate approach to patient-centered care ensures that her patients feel supported and inspired to live balanced, healthy lives.
Dr. Jacqui completed her medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she received the Governor’s award for academic excellence. As part of her clinical internship, Dr. Jacqui treated patients at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC), Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic (BNTC) and Sherbourne Health Centre. Prior to studying Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Jacqui completed an honours degree in Biology at Queen’s University. Dr. Jacqui is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). In her spare time, Dr. Jacqui enjoys running, skiing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
